Information about deliveries
We do not charge a delivery fee for orders over 249 PLN.
In the case of an order below the amount of PLN 249 PLN , the fee for delivery is carried out by:
- prepayment 14,99 zł
- cash on delivery 19,99 zł
InPost parcel lockers:
- prepayment 9,99 zł
- cash on delivery 14,99 zł
Time of delivery
From the moment the money is debited, the preparation of the package and delivery takes from 1 to 4 business days. You will receive information about the readiness for shipment of the package in the e-mail sent to you.
If the product is not available in stock (information visible in the product window), you will receive an e-mail from us with the specified delivery time for this product, if it is not provided.
At the time of handing over the shipment for transport, you will receive an e-mail with the number of the waybill. You can use the shipment tracking option on the DPD or InPost website and check where your shipment is currently located.
