SHIPPING IN POLAND
Delivery information
There is no delivery charge for orders over 299 PLN.
In case of an order below the amount of 299 PLN, the delivery fee realized by:
DPD courier:
- prepaid 19,99 zł
- cash on delivery 22,99 zł
InPost parcel locker:
- prepayment 14,99 zł
- cash on delivery 17,99 zł
Delivery time
From the moment the money is credited, preparation of the parcel and delivery takes from 1 to 4 working days. You will receive information that the package is ready for shipment in the e-mail sent to you.
In case the product is not available immediately (information visible in the product window), you will receive an e-mail from us with a specific delivery time for this product, if it is not given.
Tracking of the shipment
You will receive an email with the tracking letter number when the shipment is transferred for transportation. You can use the tracking option on the DPD website to see where your shipment is currently.
